180 Day Guarantee Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the 180-Day Guarantee (“Guarantee”) offered by Elegance Mind and Body Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to eligible customers (“you,” “your”). By purchasing, using, or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of Guarantee

We are confident in the effectiveness of our programs. To demonstrate this, we offer a 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms and are not satisfied with your results, you may request a full refund of the program purchase price.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under this Guarantee, you must:

  • Complete All Workouts: You must complete 100% of the scheduled workouts for the six-month period (180 days) following your enrollment.
  • Earn Completion Badge: Your account must display the official “Completion Badge” issued through our platform, verifying that all workouts were completed as scheduled.
  • Active Account: Your account must remain in good standing throughout the program term (no suspensions, chargebacks, or breaches of our general Terms of Service).

3. Claim Process

1. Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the conclusion of the 180-day program period. Requests received outside this timeframe will not be honored.

2. How to Request: To initiate a refund claim, you must contact our support team at lily@innerelegance.co.uk and provide your account details.

3. Verification: Our team will review your account activity and badge status to confirm your eligibility. Refunds will only be granted if all requirements are met.

4. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Exclusions & Limitations

The Guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to complete all required workouts.
  • Missing or invalid Completion Badge on your account.
  • Accounts found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to falsifying workout completion data.
  • Refund requests submitted after the stated deadline.
  • Purchases made through unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms.

5. General Terms

  • The Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The Guarantee applies to the purchase price of the program only and excludes any related fees, such as transaction charges, taxes, or add-on services.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or terminate this Guarantee at any time, provided that changes will not affect customers already enrolled under the Guarantee prior to the change.
  • This Guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the UK.
