Hi there! I’m Lily, and I’m excited to share my journey with you as the face of Inner Elegance. Movement has been a huge part of my life from a young age. I’ve always been a dancer. Through dance, I found out just how powerful, expressive, and healing movement can be. This passion for movement naturally led me to the wonderful world of fitness, where I continue to explore and share the joy of being active.
Starting out as a personal trainer, I built a solid foundation in strength training and functional movement. Though I loved being a personal trainer, I felt drawn to something more balanced, where I could explore combining strength with mobility, breath, and control. My journey of discovery led me to yoga, where I undertook 200 hours of training to really deepen my understanding of the mind-body connection.
															
															Through my love of yoga, I quickly connected with Pilates and became instantly hooked. I devoted time to training in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, eventually adding Barre to the mix, which felt like the ideal way to merge my passion for dance with my love for fitness and enhance my teaching.
Today, I provide a blend of yoga, Pilates, and Barre, three practices that nicely enhance one another. Together, they contribute to strength building, enhancement of posture and flexibility, and importantly, nurture both the body and mind in a way that feels rewarding and delivers lasting effects.
My aim is to make movement accessible and something that my students genuinely look forward to. Whether you’re here to feel stronger, move better, or just connect with yourself, let’s move together.
